In 2005, a small group of believers began praying that God would move in southern Florida in a fresh, new way. As they were moving forward in faith, God connected them with Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows and together they decided to become the first Harvest Bible Chapel in Florida. They began meeting together weekly, watching DVD’s of James MacDonald while they awaited a senior pastor. In June 2007, Jeremy Hill was named senior pastor and his family relocated from the Chicago area to officially launch Harvest Bible Chapel Jupiter.
On September 23, 2007, Harvest opened for its first Sunday morning service at Dwyer High School. One year later, the Lord opened the door in the Jupiter community and services now meet at Jupiter High School. As we now look back at overt two years, God has been tremendously faithful to us through both adversity and times of blessing. He is surely at work among us and moving in our community. As we move forward, our prayer is that lives will be changed as men and women grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
